Antique Brass and Leather-Bound Two-Draw Marine Telescope

A two-draw marine telescope of brass construction with a leather-bound main barrel. The primary tube is wrapped in dark brown leather featuring stitched seams and two integrated leather loops, likely intended for a carrying strap. The two draw tubes, eyepiece, and objective cell are constructed from brass. A faint engraved mark is visible on the first brass draw tube, however, the characters are not legible and do not spell a maker name. The instrument is designed for hand-held naval or terrestrial observation.
