How it works

  1. Tell us what you use. Email us the name of your back-office or bidding platform — that's all we need to get started.
  2. We build the connection. If your system has an API or feed, we hook it up to Auction Eagle. You don't need to change anything on your side.
  3. Your sales post themselves. New auctions, catalogues and lots appear on your Auction Eagle profile automatically and stay in sync — past sales archive on their own.

Integration questions

Which systems can Auction Eagle connect to?

Any back-office, auction-management or bidding platform that offers an API or data feed — for example Bidpath, EvoAuction, Newline or the-saleroom, among others. If you already sell through BidSpirit your auctions appear on Auction Eagle automatically — for other platforms we build the connection once, then your sales stay in sync on their own.

What does an integration cost?

Nothing. Listing on Auction Eagle is free while we grow the platform, and that includes automated feeds. If fees are ever introduced, connected houses will be told well in advance.

What gets posted automatically?

Your upcoming sales with dates, venue and auction type, plus the catalogue lots with images and estimates where your system provides them. Ended sales are archived automatically, so your profile always shows an accurate history.

What if I'm not sure whether our software has an API?

Just tell us what you use — we'll check its capabilities for you and come back with what's possible. Most modern auction platforms expose some form of feed we can work with.
